Waterloo Public Health tobacco and vaping enforcement has successfully charged this store with openly displaying tobacco products. Charges of selling to minors were stayed. When I saw a 16 year-old from Resurrection HS with symptoms of nicotine addiction yesterday in my medical office, I started up a conversation with Waterloo Vapes. He never bothered to admit to his store’s recent court conviction for selling to a 15 year-old. Vaping is dangerous. Schools should be searching for vaping devices at their schools!
