So, how many Canadian retail outlets have been prosecuted for selling vapes to our kids?
ReplyDeleteCompanies like BAT are targeting kids at the retail level. They use social media and drive their blue vans across Canada to flog their uncontrolled nicotine delivery devices.
They have no way to control sales of their VYPE products to underage kids. I suggest that we need a Canada-wide ban on vaping devices, flavoured drops that clearly target children!
Nobody at our local bylaw enforcement will ever take action against stores here in KW!
They don’t have any interest, nor do they have the manpower to do it.
Just go over to your neighborhood secondary, or middle school and view the results of what Health Canada has allowed to flourish!
We need to address this crisis now!

Why would Health Canada and our Parliament allow ANY E-cigarettes to be marketed.
Our local secondary schools are where you need to go to see the underage kids vaping! Just pick any middle school or high schools.
The government has opened the floodgates for companies like BAT to endanger our children!
They are heavily promoting VYPE flavoured nicotine products openly on social media!
Recently, they have started to advertise on Rogers-owned media outlets, FaceBook, and videos, too.
This is outrageous that our government has again come under the influence of the international tobacco cartels. When will it stop?
Vaping increases the risk of children becoming cigarette addicts.
Vaping devices, by themselves are not safe!
BAT is shipping them to anyone who say that they over age 19. But, they really have no way to guaranty that once shipped, they will be used by only those over 19.
Credit card companies are accepted and products shipped in the mail. What are the risks of shipping these products in the mail? Are flyers allowed to keep them on planes?
Who was responsible for this totally irresponsible marketing?
What Parliamentary committee even heard evidence about E-cigarettes?
Was the public allowed to present evidence?
